The truth still remains that older men are very busy to do all these exercise and in return the fat are store around the belly which result to pot belly.

A friend of mine told me that he noticed the belly was just protruding despite the fact that hes exercising the body and he claim he does not eat fat put the question i also asked him was that do you drink beer? or any kind of alcohol? and he said yes. The eating habit of guys or men can be so bad that they hardly eat fruits and fiber foods. Fiber foods aid digestion while fruits contains vitamins and minerals that aid digestion. This will prevent any fat or food substance to stay in the body, all are digested and emptied in the bowel. So, if your body lack fruits and fibers, then fat will be stored in your belly and you have a pot belly. To prevent this, eat more fiber foods and fruits.
