There is no iota of truth in your assertion that your father couldn’t do what he would have wished to do in regard to the annulment. He was the commander in chief and, therefore, needed nobody to dictate to him. Besides he was the one who put the two parties that contested the election in place and, therefore, ought to have seen to it that his laudable idea was not rubbished the way it was. And to say that there are positive sides to the annulment is a blatant lie. All the ills of this country today wouldn’t have befallen her if not for the annulment.
