Comment on Nigeria: Not a nation, not a country by Peter Okeke

Put good leaders in place and you find them committed to restructuring. If those who take up the mantle of leadership today are not ashamed of how governors run to the centre like beggars for imprests, how NNPC operations are so shrouded and yet commands billions of Naira that cannot be accounted for, how the security operatives including the army and the police are so polarised and biased in conducts, how the senate can discuss any other thing but their homongous pay packages and the cyclic shameful performances of INEC among others then we are just jokers, clowns, and unserious about progress and development as a country. We don’t need sharers of our common wealths. We need pathfinders and men of integrity that would immediately set an agenda for restructuring.
