ICHEOKU says the solution is simple, surge the force fighting Boko Haram. Send a division of the army to Borno State and firmly occupy the territory. All those military people harassing IPOB and other Southerners should be moved to Borno State and camp them there until Boko Haram is vanquished. As for weapons, they can ask Boko Haram how they source their own weapons.
